苹果德国官网下架iPhone 8，欠高通90亿美元专利费。苹果刚刚履行了对慕尼黑法庭的承诺，将iPhone 7/8系列手机从官网下架。高通发行13.4亿欧元（约合104亿元）担保债券是苹果下架老款iPhone的直接原因。苹果在德国的15家直营店也不再提供iPhone 7/7 Plus/8/8 Plus这四款手机的销售服务。

苹果目前在售的主力机型是iPhoneXR/XS/XS Max，这几款手机在德国的销售并不受任何影响。不过，苹果的第三方渠道仍然在销售iPhone 7/8系列手机，德国大部分经销商（全国共4300家）并没有严格执行这项禁售令。

按照已知的信息来看，苹果拖欠高通的专利授权费高达90亿美元，在中国、德国两国先后下达了对老款iPhone的禁止销售/进口裁定后，苹果的处境越来越不利了。好消息是，FTC对高通专利授权商业模式的反垄断诉讼即将开庭，这场官司的输赢将对苹果能否扭转局势起到关键作用。
