特斯拉Model 3或将获得欧盟销售许可：下月交付。知情人士表示，虽然特斯拉尚未获得欧洲监管部门针对Model3 发布的销售许可，但这似乎不会妨碍该公司从下个月开始交付这款汽车。

知情人士表示，该公司一直在与监管者密切配合，并有望在一些相关人士放假归来后获得许可。这一时间与特斯拉几个月来的目标相符。

在欧洲启动Model3 的交付是该公司CEO埃隆·马斯克(Elon Musk)的首要任务。他表示，正是因为这款汽车今年初开始在欧洲和中国销售，所以他才不担心美国联邦政府从 1 月 1 日开始将税收优惠减半对特斯拉造成的冲击。

特斯拉之前通过荷兰监管机构RDW获得了安全、噪音、环保和生产许可认证。根据欧盟法规，一旦汽车厂商的新车获得一个成员国的监管机构批准，便可适用于整个欧盟。

该公司已经开始获得汽车零件的审批，目前还在等待整车审批。RDW发言人表示，该机构不会披露关于其审批流程的信息。

由于市场担心美国税收优惠减少，导致特斯拉股价在今年的前两个交易日下跌约9.4%。但特斯拉决定对汽车降价 2000 美元，以便从一定程度上抵消这一影响。该公司周三公布的去年第四季度的交付量也低于分析师预期。
