印度喀拉拉邦洪灾，华为技术72小时内助其恢复网络。8月以来南部地区遭遇严重的暴雨和洪涝灾害，成千上万人受灾并造成严重的经济损失。在救灾抢险过程中，而网络信号显得尤为重要。日前，外媒消息称，华为印度公司已经在印度南部喀拉拉邦受袭的72小时内恢复了当地的网络连接，并持续开展救灾行动，展现了过硬的业务能力。

该公司表示，为了应对喀拉拉邦12个地区的洪水灾情，华为在每个客户办公室都建立了应急管理小组(EMT)以监控情况，并指导由170多名成员组成的应急小组。

据华为印度公司称，他们在克服了物流、可达性、基础设施故障、电力中断和燃料供应中断等挑战后，成功地使1440个站点投入运营，并确保了卡利卡特、马拉普拉姆、德里久尔、帕拉克卡德、埃尔讷古勒姆和该州其他地区的网络恢复。

“华为团队与当地政府、电信运营商和基础设施服务提供商合作，迅速恢复关键站点的电力供应，恢复移动服务，并启动基于位置的信息服务，最终帮助提供紧急救援支持。”华为印度公司表示，连通性是现代生活的基本要求，在网络崩溃的情况下会造成真正的经济和社会后果。

“支持稳定的网络运营是华为最重要的社会责任。即使在极端自然条件下，华为也致力于通过适当的资源和伙伴关系来支持网络稳定，以在危机情况下的最短时间内恢复网络和运营稳定。”华为方面说。

据了解，华为消费者业务部门还为其智能手机用户在受灾地区设立了免费服务站。该公司表示，已经在当地建立了业务连续性管理系统，为突发事件和灾难情况提供应急计划。
