欧美用户抗议后，iPhone XS将取消自拍美颜效果。据国外媒体报道，苹果在最新的iOS 12.1操作系统中去除了用户自拍中的自动磨皮效果，也就是说被欧美用户吐槽的iPhone“美颜门”将不复存在。

自从iPhone XS问世以来，就有人批评其前置摄像头在自拍时的美颜功能。虽然这种功能在亚洲地区十分流行，但欧美用户似乎并不买账，他们甚至将iPhone XS的自动磨皮效果称之为“美颜门”（Beautygate）。

但在iPhone XR中，苹果称iOS 12.1将修复其Smart HDR摄像系统中的一个漏洞，正是这个漏洞导致iPhone XS和XR上的前置摄像头拍摄的照片更加平滑。

从本质上讲，当用户进行自拍时，Smart HDR选择了错误的基础帧进行HDR处理。它有时会选择时间较长快门速度的帧，而不是选择较短快门速度的帧来记录运动和细节。前置摄像头也没有光学防抖功能，所以在同样快门速度下拍摄的照片要比后置摄像头更模糊。结果导致前置摄像头拍摄的照片细节丢失，看起来更平滑。

这些问题都应该在iOS 12.1中得到解决，它将在自拍时为HDR合并选择最清晰的基础框架。iOS 12.1现在已经有了公开测试版，所以它很快就会发布，我们很快就会看到这种改变。
