苹果今年的新 5.8 英寸 iPhone，制造成本可能会降低。根据多方传闻，今年苹果将会推出 3 款新 iPhone，据称这 3 款新手机屏幕尺寸分别是 5.8 英寸、6.1 英寸和 6.5 英寸。据 Digitimes 今天的报道 ，5.8 英寸新 iPhone 的制造成本将会降低很多，这或许意味着苹果今年会推出低于 iPhone X 售价 999 美元（国行 8388 元）的全面屏手机。

报道指出，新款 5.8 英寸 iPhone 的总物料成本将要比 iPhone X 的低 10% 以上。作为对比，iPhone X 的总物料成为约为 400 美元（约 2530 元）。

Digitimes 的分析师表示，今年的 5.8 英寸 iPhone 将是 3 款新品中最便宜的产品，并称苹果正在 5.8 英寸机型上测试比 6.1 英寸 LCD 屏幕 iPhone 更低的 RAM 规格。

彭博社此前报道称 ，苹果今年将推出 3 款新 iPhone，按照屏幕尺寸分为 6.5 英寸 OLED 屏幕款、6.1 英寸 LCD 屏幕款和 5.8 英寸 OLED 屏幕款，新款 iPhone 还将通过 eSIM 卡技术支持“双卡双待”。另外，有消息称 2019 年的 iPhone 有可能做到 手机正面完全由屏幕覆盖，不再有“刘海”。
