超级高铁要来了？外媒：中国首条超级高铁商业协议签署。据俄罗斯卫星通讯社19日报道，美国超回路运输技术公司(HTT, Hyperloop Transportation Technologies)新闻稿称，该公司与中国铜仁市交通旅游开发投资集团签署了关于建设中国首条超级高铁系统的商业协议。

报道称，该公司将在中国贵州省铜仁市修建一条10公里长的超级高铁线路。

HTT公司表示：“HTT将负责提供技术、工程知识和必要设备，铜仁市交通旅游开发投资集团将负责认证、法律基础和系统建设。HTT将与铜仁市政府合作确定系统路线。”

项目融资将通过公私合作的形式进行，同时，铜仁市交通旅游开发投资集团计划投资50%的资金。

HTT公司总经理德克?阿尔伯恩(Dirk Ahlborn)认为，超级高铁将在连接该地区与世界各地的丝绸之路经济带上发挥巨大作用。

阿尔伯恩说：“为了快速增长的城市人口，中国每年在基础设施方面花费超过3000亿美元。HTT在与我公司的政府伙伴的合作中，超级高铁证明其对该问题有可行的解决方案。此外，铜仁的地形条件有利于我们与合作伙伴改进各种施工方法。”

此前，该公司还签署了关于在阿布扎比和乌克兰修建超级高铁的文件。

据了解，“超级高铁”的概念最早由马斯克在2013年提出。马斯克在名为《超级高铁缘起》的白皮书中提出了他的“超级高铁”概念。HTT公司是第一家开始实践马斯克设想的公司，该公司的员工很大一部分来自美国国家航空航天局(NASA)和波音公司。
