高通占优势，苹果美国iPhone进口或将受阻。日前，苹果和高通之间的专利诉讼案在美国华盛顿开审，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）在法官面前传达高通的投诉，案件局势正在向高通一方倾斜，如果最终判决高通胜诉，iPhone将在美国被禁止进口和销售。

ITC向法官转述高通的投诉称，iPhone和iPad因为使用了英特尔的蜂窝调制解调器，这侵犯了高通在聚合载波、图像处理和信号放大等六项相关的移动技术。高通在去年向ITC申请，要求对有这类侵犯其知识产权的行为的公司产品禁止进口，目前苹果的iPhone和iPad设备全部在中国组装生产，运回美国的iPhone和iPad产品属于进口。

根据路透社的报道，ITC工作人员向律师提出相关意见称，高通与苹果间的诉讼请求中，苹果有一项电池节能相关的技术与高通专利有关，这对于高通来讲无疑是有利的。这一点审判的法官表示认同。一旦判决生效，部分iPhone和iPad设备可能会被禁止进口到美国并在美国市场停止销售。

苹果在此前提交的文件中认为，高通的专利诉讼请求是无效的。他们认为，禁止使用英特尔调制解调器的iPhone将会导致高通垄断美国蜂窝调制解调器市场。

除了苹果与高通间专利诉讼的请求，这两家公司还在不同领域互相起诉，早在2017年，苹果控诉高通在韩国市场有垄断行为，被韩国当局罚款10亿美元。本次苹果还是以滥用垄断地位起诉高通，称高通正在以高昂的专利费迫使厂商购买其产品。

目前全球六个国家和地区正在审理苹果与高通之间的诉讼请求。
