因iPhone电池过热起火苹果遭用户和保险公司起诉。去年的Note7“炸机门”令三星陷入困境，但三星并非唯一一家遭遇手机电池过热问题的企业。在最新的案例中，保险公司State Farm及其客户、威斯康星居民Xai Thao指责苹果的一款老iPhone存在电池缺陷，导致去年发生起火。



根据上周四提交的起诉书，案发时，iPhone 4S“发生故障”且“在Thao的家里着火”。


该官司还指出，“初步调查显示这部iPhone局部过热”。他们认为，由于存在内部短路的迹象，表明iPhone电池内部故障导致起火。


Thao坚持认为，她并没有对电池做过任何处理。


该案律师并未透露初步调查来源。苹果也未对此置评。StateFarm发言人同样以案件正在进行为由，拒绝发表评论。
