俄罗斯要求苹果公司将 Telegram 从 App Store 下架。莫斯科一家法庭裁决、封杀即时通讯应用 Telegram，而现在俄罗斯政府 要求苹果将 Telegram 从 App Store 下架 。

俄罗斯政府目前正对支持 Telegram 应用的关键服务实施 IP 禁令。当然，当地用户通过 VPN 可以绕开限制继续使用该应用。

讽刺的是，Telegram 诞生于俄罗斯，克里姆林宫的官员也经常使用该应用与国际媒体进行沟通。这一禁令也迫使政府官员开始使用 ICQ 聊天工具。
