苹果强势反击：下架所有诺基亚相关产品

苹果与诺基亚之间的专利大战继续升温！苹果强势反击：下架所有诺基亚相关产品。苹果在其网上商店撤下了所有诺基亚旗下Withings 的产品，包括该品牌的智能体重秤及其它健康和健身设备。



在今年 4 月，诺基亚以 1.7 亿欧元的价格收购了 Withings公司。该公司旗下的产品包括了运动追踪器、体重秤、温度计、血压测量仪等。


小编尝试在Google 搜索到 Withings 产品在苹果商店的相关结果，但是点击进去之后却显示页面错误。


12月23日，诺基亚状告苹果公司侵犯其专利权，向美国和德国多个地方法院提交了诉讼，控告苹果公司在显示屏幕、用户界面、芯片组等方面侵犯了诺基亚总共32 项专利技术权。


诺基亚表示，苹果2011 年购买了一部分专利的使用授权，但之后拒绝购买更多授权，而苹果公司的不少产品用到了这些专利。而苹果指责，诺基亚“一心利用掌握的专利谋利”，已经变成了“专利流氓”。


如今的诺基亚已经不是7年前的手机制造商了，只剩下通信基础设备和专利授权两部分业务，而专利授权是其核心业务。


对此，业内人士称，诺基亚可能在这场专利大战中处于更强势的地位，因为苹果没法起诉诺基亚产品专利侵权。
