三星侵犯苹果专利被判赔偿1亿多美元

据外媒报道，苹果诉三星滑动解锁等功能侵犯其专利一案本周被判胜诉，三星应向苹果公司赔偿1.196亿美元。



苹果公司在本案中指控三星侵犯了其“滑动解锁”专利、自动纠错功能以及一项用于探测手机号的专利。其中，大多数赔偿金（9870万美元）都是针对手机号探测专利的，此前三星被裁定并未侵犯该专利。


另美国联邦巡回上诉法庭还在2月裁定其他两项专利是无效的，但本周的判决则基于此前从未在上诉中提出的问题或庭审记录以外的信息而将其判定为错误裁决。


早在2014年，美国加州圣何塞的一个法庭陪审团裁定，三星设备的部分功能包括滑动解锁和“快捷链接”等侵犯了苹果的专利，需赔偿苹果1.196亿美元。苹果也被认定侵犯三星一项专利，但只被判赔偿15.84万美元。


多年来苹果和三星一直在移动设备技术专利上争斗不止，而苹果多数情况下都是胜利的一方。去年12月三星在另一起专利案中向苹果支付了5.482亿美元赔偿，但是同时三星也向美国最高法院提出上诉。
