  1. 分析企业自身情况(产品业务等)、分析行业情况(竞争对手情况)、分析客户的搜索习惯；确定大致的优化思路(单个网站/多个网站/第三方平台)；

2.根据用户的搜索习惯，对网站栏目结构做调整，让网站栏目结构更好的匹配目标关键词+资讯栏目；

例：www.365fwy.com 服务栏目需要重新调整，创建子栏目(介绍更具体的业务)，更好的匹配业务关键词；

3.选择关键词：给网站首页及各个栏目页选择合适的关键词；

4.站内诊断优化：

●各个网页TDK：根据选择的关键词给出各个页面的TDK设置；

●URL网址：给出具体的修改方案；

网站的内页URL是动态地址，应该修改为扁平式的静态URL。

●站内链接结构优化：网站导航+链接列表；——尽量以图表形式呈现(PS/Excel/思维导图等)；

房无忧网站顶部导航添加下拉菜单，列出子栏目，例如新闻中心下拉有家修宝典、新闻信息的子栏目链接；

●网站地图

●HTML代码

●404错误页面

●robots.txt

5.网站内容优化：内容更新计划以及内容方向；

6.站外优化：写具体的站外优化的执行计划；

7.预期效果：SEO数据、关键词排名、流量；

8.人员需求以及预算；
