直播平台“嘿秀”涉黄被停业整顿

直播平台“嘿秀”涉黄被停业整顿，罚款2万元。据全国“扫黄打非”官方微博消息，近日直播平台因传播淫秽色情直播内容被责令停业整顿，成为北京首家被责令停业整顿的直播平台。

早在7月12日，文化部公布了第二十五批违法违规互联网文化活动查处名单，依法查处23家网络文化经营单位，共26个网络表演平台，共计关闭严重违规表演房间4313间，处理违规网络表演主播16881人。其中就包括了“嘿秀”直播平台。


据介绍，北京市文化执法、公安部门联合查处了直播平台“嘿秀”传播淫秽色情直播内容案。直播平台“嘿秀”被责令停业整顿，成为北京市首家被责令停业整顿的直播平台。同时，经营该直播平台的公司因未取得《网络文化经营许可证》，被北京市文化执法总队给予20000元行政处罚。经查，直播平台“嘿秀”上存在女主播在直播房间内裸露身体私密部位、在平台房间内直播性行为等淫秽色情内容。


值得一提的是，为加强对直播平台的监管，此前文化部下发的《关于加强网络表演管理工作的通知》，针对网络表演进行调查监管，一旦发现含有违法违规内容的网络表演，将关闭表演频道，停止网络传播，且列入黑名单的网络主播将被全国禁演。
