神舟电脑官方微博宣布起诉京东，欠款多达3亿

昨日下午，神舟电脑通过其官方微博发布声明，宣布正式起诉京东。神舟电脑股份有限公司董事长吴海军也转发这条微博，并称京东拖欠了神舟电脑3亿多元货款。

声明称，深圳市神舟创新科技有限公司因北京京东世纪贸易有限公司拖欠货款一事，已经于2020年2月18日向北京市第二中级人民法院提起诉讼，诉讼标的额为人民币3.383亿元。

此前，吴海军曾于2月18日在微博上称：“不仅央企要大力支持中小企业，大型民企也应大力支持中小企业，及时结算货款，不要让中小企业因你们拖欠货款而陷入困境。 ”

更早之前的2月13日，吴海军曾在微博上称：“这几天政府各部门都来调研这次新冠肺炎疫情对中小企业的影响，我想中小企业最大的问题是面临现金流断裂而倒闭。节后央行释放大量流动性，希望支持到中小企业，然收效甚微，中小企业仍然很难拿到钱。”

吴海军当时表示：“现在能生存的中小企业，一般是有盈利能力的，为什么没钱，主要是因为处于优势地位的大企业，故意拖欠货款，站长资源平台同时又很难从银行贷到款，从而导致资金链断裂。现在让银行迅速给中小企业贷款也有些勉为其难，而让银行给大企业放款，并加强执法力度，让大企业迅速支付拖欠的中小企业款，这可能是最有效最快的方法。”
