中国无人驾驶公司中智行发表官方声明，根据北京知识产权法院下发的（2017）京73民初2000号民事裁定书，被称为“中国无人驾驶第一案”的百度诉其前高级副总裁、自动驾驶事业部创立者，即现任中智行CEO王劲侵害商业秘密侵权案：在经历两次庭审和法庭即将宣判之际，百度最终撤诉。

据了解，2017年3月，原百度高级副总裁王劲离职，后成立景驰科技，同年12月，百度向王劲提起诉讼，诉其侵犯商业秘密。站长资源平台此诉讼案被媒体称为“中国无人驾驶第一案”。

声明表示，从2017年12月至2019年11月，法庭分别就此诉讼举行过两次庭审。期间，中国知识产权界顶级专家曾就此案召开专家论证会，并向法庭提交了《关于百度诉王劲侵害商业秘密纠纷案的法律意见》。专家们一致认为，百度始终无法证明商业秘密的存在，更无法证明王劲有侵害商业秘密的行为。

专家组成员包括了中国知识产权法学研究会会长刘春田教授、中国社科院知识产权中心主任李明德教授、中国人民大学知识产权学院副院长郭禾教授、中国政法大学知识产权法研究所所长冯晓青教授、中国人民大学知识产权学院张广良教授等。
