交通运输部应对新冠肺炎疫情联防联控机制3月1日印发通知，要求即日起，全面暂停离汉、离鄂和进出京跨城的网约车、顺风车业务，坚决防止疫情通过网约车、顺风车从武汉、从湖北输出，坚决防止疫情通过网约车、顺风车输入北京。

通知指出，各平台公司要严格落实平台公司主体责任，主动服务防控大局，按照湖北和北京等地疫情防控联防联控机制的部署要求，坚决杜绝麻痹思想、侥幸心理，站长资源平台抓紧抓实抓细疫情防控各项工作。

通知明确，对存在妨害干扰疫情防控工作、危害人民群众生命健康行为的平台公司，交通运输部应对新冠肺炎疫情联防联控机制将会同交通运输新业态协同监管部际联席会议指导有关地方管理部门依法依规从快从严处理。造成疫情输入输出的，将按照网约车行业事中事后联合监管有关要求，依法依规组织对相关平台实施暂停发布、下架移动互联网应用程序（APP），及停止互联网服务、停止联网或停机整顿等措施。触犯相关法律的，将转交有关部门依法严肃追究平台公司和相关人员的法律责任。
