美国证券交易委员会叫停Arisebank ICO骗局。据美国证券交易委员会（SEC）官网消息，其今日获得法庭判令，正式叫停涉嫌欺诈的Arisebank ICO项目。

SEC执法部门联合主管Stephanie Avakian表示，AriseBank此前声称“世界上首个数字货币银行，可以发行有广泛用途的数字货币”是虚假消息，AriseBank及其负责人以此筹集了6亿美元，涉嫌欺诈。法院已经批准紧急冻结了AriseBank及其合伙人的资产，包括数字资产。今早Arisebank的CEO曾表示所有硬件和资产被SEC没收，但没有给出解释。
