雅虎与Mozilla终止合作后撕破脸双方进入互相起诉阶段，雅虎和火狐浏览器开发商Mozilla双方陷入了一场互相起诉的法律纠纷。两家公司在2014年达成协议，Mozilla选择雅虎作为火狐浏览器的默认搜索引擎。

双方的这项默认搜索引擎合作计划每年会产生数亿美元的价值，原本计划合作到2019年。这也是雅虎前首席执行官玛丽莎·梅耶尔完成的最大一笔交易之一，让人们对这家濒临危及门户网站重燃希望。


后来雅虎被Verizon收购，给了Mozilla终止协议的理由。去年11月，Mozilla放弃了雅虎，选择谷歌作为火狐浏览器新的默认搜索引擎。


现在两家公司进入到了互相起诉的阶段。


Mozilla在本周二晚一篇博客中表示：“我们行使了与雅虎所达成协议规定的权利，但出于一系列的原因，包括对品牌的考虑和为用户提供高质量的网络搜索服务，我们决定提供更广泛的内容体验。”


Mozilla表示，雅虎了Verizon子公司Oath在12月1日对自己提出诉讼，理由是不恰当终止协议。而Mozilla在12月5日进行了反诉，称自己是在保护执行合同的权利。


双方的这次争端将让梅耶尔留给雅虎最后的“遗产”也面临困局。在过去的一年里，雅虎负面消息不断，包括之前披露系统大规模黑客攻击事件，影响了大约30亿用户。


今年6月，当Verizon以44.8亿美元的价格收购雅虎之后，梅耶尔离开了雅虎。现在雅虎与AOL一样，成为Verizon旗下Oath公司的一部分，并且由Tim Armstrong负责。
