摩根士丹利：特斯拉与Space X合并可能性很大！2016年时，特斯拉电动汽车公司并购了处于苦苦挣扎状态的太阳能公司SolarCity。当时，伊隆·马斯克(Elon Musk)已经是特斯拉的首席执行官和美国太空探索技术公司SpaceX的董事长。随着这家私人火箭公司持续发射火箭，并为火星任务铺平道路，有关其IPO的猜测也在加剧。但如果SpaceX不上市呢？亦或是它与特斯拉合并呢?

美国投行摩根士丹利(Morgan Stanley)分析师亚当·乔纳斯(Adam Jonas)在最近发表研究报告，预测了这种前景。乔纳斯写道:“我们认为，马斯克旗下两家最大公司有可能在一段时间内建立更紧密的关系，其中包括可能的战略合作伙伴关系、技术转让、共同投资以及潜在的合并组合。”


当然，SpaceX依然处于私有状态，所以从理论上说，特斯拉并购它比收购SolarCity更简单，毕竟后者是上市公司。这对马斯克来说也很重要，他经常在两家公司之间奔波。一家公司位于旧金山地区，而另一家在洛杉矶附近，那里也是马斯克的主要住所。


乔纳斯也深入研究了这个问题。他说:“在我们看来，特斯拉的‘中心人物’风险比任何一家公司都要高，可能只有FCA的塞尔吉奥·马尔基翁内(Sergio Marchionne)才能与之匹敌。投资者们普遍预计，随着时间的推移，马斯克可能将越来越多的时间和精力投入到SpaceX，这不禁提出一个真正的问题：谁可以取代他在特斯拉的地位？而如果两家公司合并，这个问题就会迎刃而解。”


对于特斯拉来说，未来一年将是至关重要的，因为它正在努力增加其Model 3大众车型的产量。但投资者也不要忽视SpaceX的雄心，更不要忘记两家公司之间存在着重要的交叉业务。
