苹果压力大：美国政府索要用户数据次数增长一倍

美国政府野蛮执政，正要求苹果提供更多的用户数据。苹果压力大：美国政府索要用户数据次数增长一倍！



苹果在半年度透明度报告中表示，2016年下半年，美国司法部门向苹果发出的国家安全指令数量较上半年增长一倍，达到约6000次。这些指令部分基于《海外情报监控法》，部分来自国家安全邮件。这些邮件由美国联邦调查局（FBI）发出，不需要法官的签字认可。


电子前线基金会等组织对国家安全邮件的存在表示批评。这些组织认为，“这使得FBI能秘密获得普通美国公民私人通信和互联网活动的数据，而没有得到任何有意义的监管或提前的司法评估”。收到国家安全邮件的公司甚至不能披露这些信息，直到这些邮件解密。


苹果的情况也是如此。该公司此次披露的是已解密的国家安全邮件的数量，但没有提供关于这些邮件的更多信息，包括收到邮件的具体时间，以及邮件中涉及的具体要求。


苹果并不是收到国家安全邮件的唯一一家公司。Twitter今年1月披露称，过去两年中，曾收到FBI两次发来的邮件。谷歌、雅虎和Cloudflare也披露了来自FBI的国家安全邮件，其中一些可以追溯至2013年。
