奥巴马赦免变性美女间谍提前30年出狱为的哪般？美国现任总统奥巴马在任期的最后一段时间里决定赦免一大批罪犯，其中就包括曾在2010年将大量美军资料泄露给维基解密的原军方情报分析员Chelsea Manning。



外媒报道称，维基解密最新发布在Twitter上的消息显示，Chelsea Manning已经得到奥巴马的特赦减刑，刑期从之前的35年改为了7年，将于今年5月17日被释放（原定2045年刑满）。


据介绍，Chelsea Manning是一名变性美女，在部队服役期间名为Bradley，职位是情报分析员。2010年，她将多达十万份驻伊拉克美军的保密文件泄露给了维基解密网，后者根据这些文件披露了大量美军战争丑闻，引起世界舆论哗然。


2013年，Chelsea Manning因反间谍法而被捕，并判刑35年，押往Leavenworth监狱看管。


值得一提的是，奥巴马卸任之际还赦免了其他很多罪犯，目前特赦名单上已经有1385人，这在历任美国总统中是最高的。
