万达10亿美元收购金球奖颁奖礼制作商已接近完成。据国外媒体报道，知情人士称，万达集团已接近达成10亿美元收购美国影视娱乐公司Dick Clark Productions（缩写、简写为DCP）交易。



知情人士称，双方已接近达成协议，预计在本周内完成交易。


收购DCP将是万达集团对美国电视资产领域规模最大的一笔投资。DCP由一位已故电视业名人在1957年创立，总部位于加利福尼亚州圣莫妮卡。DCP制作了一些最受欢迎的颁奖典礼，如金球奖和全美音乐奖颁奖典礼。


万达集团2012年以26亿美元的价格收购AMC。此前AMC为美国第二大影院运营商。


今年1月，万达宣布以不超过35亿美元现金（约230亿元人民币）收购美国传奇影业公司。传奇影业创建于2000年，《黑暗骑士》《侏罗纪公园》《超人：钢铁之躯》等都是由该公司出品。
