三星主动代韩进公司支付美港口运费，到底是什么情况呢？韩国三星电子公司向美国法院表示，三星愿意为韩进集团积压在美国港口的货物支付运费，来解决目前火舞堆积的局面。(备注：韩进集团是世界上最大的物流企业之一，是韩国大宇集团金宇中之前最有名的企业家赵重熏亲手创建。)



韩进集团此前一度是世界上排名第七的货物物流公司。数日前，这家物流巨头突然宣布破产。数以万计价值总和达到140亿美元的货物被堆积在美国港口。因为担心韩进公司无法支付合理报酬，轮船公司和货运公司拒绝对货物进行处理。


三星表示，美国破产法法官的本周的一项宣判并没有让韩进公司的货船进入美国港口的意思。并且说此次事件中大众对于海事法、破产法和不同于世界法律的韩国法律存在一些误解。


三星说，法院应该想办法使物流通畅，使货物的主人能够尽快得到他们无法运输的产品以便尽快做出下一步处理。长期堆积对经济体系中的各方都非良策。


韩进公司目前还没有对此请求发表评论。


据报道，突然宣布破产之后，韩进公司目前有多艘货运船停泊在世界各港口，处于前途未卜的状态。目前，首尔中央地方法院正在主持韩进公司的破产事宜。航运公司的外国代表也遵循当地法律程序，在纽瓦克法院提请破产申请。美国破产法第15章有相关章程，允许海外破产公司在经过一定的鉴定程序后，进行债务重组。
