因为“牌照”问题 黎明演唱会被叫停了

黎明原定于昨晚举行的30周年“Random Love Songs 4D in Live 2016”演唱会被叫停。据了解，由于食环署未发出临时公众娱乐场所牌照，才遭临时叫停。据悉，演唱会被临时叫停时，已有近百名等候入场。对此黎明连续在官微中“道歉”，并称“是我们的责任，请不要说政府部门不是!”

食环署官方表示，由于本次(黎明)演唱会未能遵循相关消防安全规定，未获得临时公众娱乐场所牌照，所以才被临时叫停。

据食环署发布的《申领所需牌照类别指引》显示，以下行业须申领行业牌照：

(a) 商营浴室、殡仪馆、厌恶性行业、泳池及殓葬商;

(b) 戏院、剧院、娱乐游戏机中心及展览场地等公众娱乐场所;

(c) 临时公众娱乐场所，包括由街坊或其他社团举办属临时的慈善表演或宗教仪式、临时马戏团及临时跳舞派对。

此外，据《公众娱乐场所条例》规定，如举办属临时性质的公众娱乐场所活动，经营者必须向食环署署长申领临时公众娱乐场所牌照，并须符合消防安全、结构、电力、人流管理等规定。违反上述规例，一经定罪，最高可被判罚款二万五千元及监禁六个月，另加每日罚款二千元。
