新浪科技讯 10月27日晚间消息，据刑法修正案，下月起，在网络或其他媒体上传播假信息，最高可获刑7年。刑法修正案规定：编造虚假灾情、警情等，在网络或其他媒体上传播，或明知虚假信息，故意在信息网络或其他媒体上传播，严重扰乱社会秩序的，处3年以下有期徒刑、拘役或管制;造成严重后果的，处3年以上7年以下有期徒刑。
