美团点评内部信：点评平台更名为点评App部 黄海负责

上周大众点评业务调整消息发酵后，美团点评于2月22日（上周五）公布了新一轮人事调整，但该邮件只发送给了总监及高管层。

王兴在内部信中对大众点评的作用做了明确表示：

点评平台更名为点评App部，负责“大众点评”App相关的产品策划、内容运营和研发工作，以PDC为基础，UGC为核心，大力做内容运营，激励用户成长，做公平可依赖的在线查找平台。任命黄海为负责人，向王慧文汇报。

（1）原基础研发平台上海业务安全中心，移动至点评App部，职责不变。负责人邵纪东向黄海汇报；

（2）成立异地产品部，由原境外度假业务部美食&购物组，整合原平台产品部异地相关职责组成，负责整体异地和海外场景下的产品策划和运营，以提升用户在异地的体验为目标。任命乐佳璐为负责人，向黄海汇报；

（3）其他组织保持不变。

界面新闻记者对此事询问公关部，对方表示正在核实中。

美团点评的内部人士对界面新闻记者表示，这封内部信的意义在于，弱化大众点评的交易功能，将点评定位于“在线查找平台”。据该员工透露，大众点评贡献的交易量占整体交易量的10%都不到。此轮架构调整后，大众点评将专注于搜索和查找功能，但暂未提及改名事宜。

在2019年除夕，王兴曾在内部信中强调组织架构的重要性，“在互联网上半场，基本功不太好，还可以靠红利、靠战略、靠资源带动快速发展，但到了下半场，基本功不过关，活下去都很难。我们要通过苦练基本功，把它内化成为我们组织的能力。把基本功练扎实，我们就能赢99%的事情。”王兴表示。
