特斯拉工厂又出事故，一个月遭安全部门3次调查。9月21日，据报道，在接到一起工厂事故报告后，加州“职业安全与健康部门”（以下简称“DOSH”）日前再次对特斯拉弗里蒙特（Fremont）工厂展开了调查。

DOSH上周五接到报告称，特斯拉Fremont工厂工人在将挡风玻璃架移到传送带上时，不慎将手指的一部分弄断。为此，DOSH决定对该工厂的工作环境展开调查，这也是本月以来DOSH对该工厂进行的第三次检查。第一次调查是9月4日，原因是工厂里的一辆叉车在推垃圾桶时，将一名工人卡在两个垃圾桶之间。第二次是9月5日，当时是一名工人的手指被夹伤。DOSH称，目前该部门总计对特斯拉的7起事故展开调查。
