网传360剥离手机业务同锤子合并，周鸿祎怒喷否认。有媒体以“独家消息”称三六零（601360）已开始剥离手机业务，启动与锤子手机的合并事宜。对此360周鸿祎在朋友圈转发该贴并怒指“傻帽网站胡喷”，否认了这一传闻。

此前3月就已经有360手机同锤子科技的“绯闻”传出，不过当时有接近锤子科技的有关人士告诉搜狐科技“老罗不可能把锤子卖给360”，一位曾参与双方交易的人士指出双方的确曾有意洽谈将360手机并入锤子科技，但是仅仅接触不久就没有下文了，目前谈判已中止。

这回的传闻则意指360剥离手机业务同锤子合并。搜狐科技第一时间联系锤子科技，对方表示“我们也是刚看到……目前没有官方回应”。事实上拿到成都投资成功挺过来的锤子科技在2017年才有了第一台销量破百万的单品坚果Pro，而根据今年1月时360手机总裁李开新公布的2017年数据，360手机在2017年销量达500万台，与2016年整体持平，并实现盈亏平衡。当时李开新强调2018年360手机的具体目标是“保增长、求利润、不急躁”。
