瑞银预测：麦当劳人造肉汉堡美国每年可卖2.5亿个

北京时间11日消息，麦当劳今年9月开始在加拿大部分餐厅试推使用Beyond Meat的人造肉饼制作的汉堡，根据瑞银的一项行业调查，站长资源平台这些餐厅现在每天只能售出20到30个人造肉汉堡，但如果在加拿大人口更密集的地区进行这项测试，预计每天的销量可达到100个。

基于这一调查结果，瑞银表示，如果这家全球最大的快餐连锁店在其美国的近1.4万家门店推出此类产品，每年的销量可能超过2.5亿个。

这将使Beyond Meat来自合作伙伴的年销售额增加3.25亿美元。但瑞银警告称，麦当劳传统上每种汉堡使用的肉饼都会由多家供应商供货，而不会仅从一家采购。
