第二批侵犯用户权益APP名单公布，赶紧查看

1月8日，工信部正式公布第二批侵害用户权益行为APP名单。从通告名单来看，本次上榜APP依然不乏一些热门的应用，包括拉勾招聘、一点资讯、luckin coffee、天涯社区、风行视频、绿城生活等。

至于违规原因，依然也是以私自收集或共享个人信息、不合理索取用户权限、为用户账号注销设置障碍等为主。

在通报中，工信部强调第二批发现存在问题且未完成整改的15款App应在2020年1月17日前完成整改落实工作，逾期不整改的，官方将依法依规组织开展相关处置工作。

值得一提的是，本次官方公布的第二批违规应用，数量相较于第一批少了30%之多。

工信部此前公布的首批侵害用户权益行为APP数量多达41款，并且腾讯QQ、小米金融、高铁管家12306火车票等超级热门应用都榜上有名。站长资源平台对于这些违规APP，工信部也确实按照其公布的期限，将第一批未按要求完成整改的3家企业产品，包括人人视频、春雨计步器、微唱-原创音乐三款应用依法进行下架。

如此看来，在官方的雷霆行动下，软件开发商们终于有所收敛，不再像以往那般肆无忌惮的索取用户的个人数据。
