小米系统软件部总监回应：小米10刷入开发版内测固件后“变砖”

近日有部分小米10用户反映称手机刷入开发版内测固件后“变砖”，对此小米系统软件部总监张国全等工作人员也做出了回应。

据网友反馈，张国全对此回应称，小米10用户前往售后网点维修不需要进行拆机，只需要工程线即可完成刷机操作。同时张国全表示此项操作能够尽量保证用户数据完整，不影响后续使用。此外小米社区文教授也就小米10变砖一事回应称，目前并没有自己解决的方案，只能去售后维修网点维修或者寄修。

此前报道，针对目前存在的小米10刷入测试版固件“变砖”的问题官方在其声明中指出，站长资源平台目前已停止了新版本推送并已在排查原因。相关问题的具体表现是更新完相应的内测固件后无法线刷，卡刷，长按电源键无法开机。
