优步出台新规限制饮酒和办公室恋情，据道琼斯报道，前美国司法部长霍尔德（Eric Holder）的法律事务所周二发布了受优步委托编写的报告，称上述细节反映出优步企业文化中的部分问题。优步董事会一致采纳了霍尔德的建议，如限制公司的酒水支出。



专家称，在初创公司迅速增长期，伴随而来的文化往往是长时间的深夜工作和兄弟会式随心所欲的行为。但随着公司走向成熟，这种文化可能是有害的。优步已经成长为一家估值680亿美元、拥有12,000名员工的公司。组织成长领域专家、哈佛商学院教授Ranjay Gulati称，对200人适用的方式并不适用于几千人的组织，可能会失去控制。


法律事务所Covington & Burling LLP的报告建议，优步应禁止核心工作时间内饮酒，限制下班后活动的酒水预算，安排不涉及饮酒的工间休息。报告还强调，应禁止非处方管制药品的使用。


其他建议还包括提前供应晚餐以表明工作日结束，这样已成家员工可以回家。


报告还建议优步禁止上下级关系的员工发展办公室恋情。
