微软前员工怒告：每天被逼审查毛片？两名前员工日前将微软告上法庭，称作为工作的一部分，他们每天被迫要观看大量的恐怖图片、各种色情和凶杀视频，从而患上了“创伤后应激障碍”(PTSD)。



这两位微软前员工分别是亨利·索托(Henry Soto)和格雷格·布劳尔特 (Greg Blauert)，曾在微软的“在线安全团队”(OST)任职，该团队的主要任务就是根据相关规定向监管部门报告网站上的虐童图片、暴力视频和其他非法内容。


这两位前员工称，在工作期间，微软没有为他们提供心理支持，以缓解观看这些令人不安、恐怖的在线内容所带来的压力。


据索托称，他是在2008年被微软调到“在线安全团队”的，当时对该团队几乎没有任何了解。索托称，他被迫在该团队工作了18个月。当然，工作期间他的“权力”也不小，可以查看任何用户的通信内容。


但索托又称：“这些令人不安的内容给他带来了明显的不良后果，他经常失眠、做恶梦，脑子里充满图片和视频内容。”


布劳尔特是2012年6月加入微软在线安全团队的，每天的工作就是观看大量的色情和暴力内容。2013年，布劳尔特在精神和身体上都遭遇重创，患过精神运动性阻滞、顽固性失眠、焦虑和PTSD等，目前仍在接受PTSD治疗。


为此，两位原告要求微软做出赔偿，并对在线安全部门的工作进行优化，让这份工作对员工的伤害降到最低。微软对此表示，并不认同两位前员工的观点，旗下在线安全团队的工作十分重要。
