三星150MP像素传感器亮相：采用夸张的1英寸大底

近日据外消息，三星正在研发第三代亿级像素摄像头传感器，这颗全新的摄像头传感器的像素将高达150MP一亿五千万，传感器尺寸将破天荒地达到1英寸大小。

该款150MP传感器也将搭载三星Nonacell技术，从像素四合一升级为像素九合一，可以输出1600万像素照片。

传言称，小米将于2020年第四季度首发这款150MP传感器，OPPO、vivo将于2021年第一季度推出相关产品。

三星从未在在高像素的道路上停止自己的追求，之前联合小米推出了业界首款108MP（=百万像素）传感器ISOCELL Bright HMX，随后在三星Galaxy S20 Ultra身上又搭载了全新的108MP传感器HM1。【7401228】
