纽约州禁止性犯罪者玩口袋妖怪Go，AR游戏增加受侵害风险。

纽约州将禁止有案底的性犯罪者玩《口袋妖怪Go》游戏。政府部门担心，这些性犯罪者可能会利用这款现实增强游戏去引诱年轻的受害者。


纽约州州长葛谟(Andrew Cuomo)的办公室在公告中表示，已要求纽约州行为纠正和社区监督部门限制当地的3000名性犯罪者玩《口袋妖怪Go》和类似游戏。


为了执行这一规定，纽约州要求《口袋妖怪Go》的开发商Niantic将纽约州提供的性犯罪者名单与玩家名单进行比对。


纽约州政府还要求Niantic清除性犯罪者家附近的特殊地点。在这些地点，玩家可以赢得额外分数。监督部门将会告知性犯罪者，玩这些游戏是违反假释条款的行为。


Niantic和任天堂均没有对此置评。


葛谟表示：“保护纽约州的儿童是最高优先级。随着技术的发展，我们必须确保，这些技术不会成为犯罪者攻击新的受害者的工具。这些举措将给这类现实增强游戏的玩家提供安全保障，减少犯罪者手中的工具。”


《口袋妖怪Go》将任天堂的“口袋妖怪”世界移植到了现实世界中。这款游戏在推出的不到2周时间里在美国吸引了2100万活跃用户。而游戏可能带来的风险也引起了关注。


例如，有玩家在玩游戏时从加拿大非法越境美国，而美国一名参议员提出了游戏中的隐私保护问题。此外，这款游戏还导致了抢劫和受伤事件。


这款游戏会鼓励玩家探索更多的现实世界地点，以赢得分数，这给儿童造成了额外风险。


Niantic在网站上表示，玩家在玩游戏时必须遵守年龄限制和适用的法律。
