谷歌反垄断案或将结束 面临天价罚单

新浪科技讯 北京时间5月16日早间消息，据英国《每日电讯报》报道，知情人士透露，欧盟反垄断监管者将以谷歌在该地区滥用搜索市场的主导地位为由，对其处以创记录的罚款。

知情人士表示，欧盟委员会计划对这家全球最大搜索引擎服务提供商处以约30亿欧元（约合34亿美元）的罚款。这一数字将超过英特尔此前在欧盟遭到的11亿欧元罚款记录。


知情人士称，欧盟委员会还将禁止谷歌继续通过操纵搜索结果的方式，偏向自家服务，打击竞争对手。谷歌拒绝调整算法，并提交了一些候选方案，包括重新设计搜索结果的呈现方式。


知情人士表示，由玛格丽特·维斯塔格（Margrethe Vestager）领导的欧盟委员会最早将于6月宣布这一消息。但他们警告称，罚款并未最终确定，而最高上限约为66亿欧元，也就是谷歌年销售额的十分之一。


此举将对谷歌构成冲击，该公司已经就反垄断诉讼与欧盟展开了长达7年的斗争。欧盟的重点一直都是谷歌的购物搜索服务，他们指责谷歌在通用搜索结果中偏向自家服务，打击竞争对手。但谷歌还在该地区面临其他调查，包括其安卓操作系统的运营方式。，


谷歌发言人尚未对此置评。
