手游公司九尊数字互娱今日上市，收益多来自游戏虚拟物品

蓝鲸TMT频道3月17日讯，今日，手游公司九尊数字互娱在港交所挂牌上市，成为2020年第一家上市的手游公司。2019年曾有两次递交港股上市申请。

据了解，九尊数字共发行1.26亿股股份，公开发售占10%，国际配售占90%，另有15%超额配股权，由力高企业融资担任独家保荐人。每股报价1.5-1.8港元。

据介绍，九尊数字互娱是一家数字内容娱乐提供商。于2014年开始开发及运营休闲手机平台游戏将产品供应扩展至手机游戏。在2017年及2018年11月，九尊互娱分别开始开展精品手机游戏的开发、运营及手机网络游戏的运营，其中，九尊互娱大部分收益来自手机平台游戏中的虚拟物品。2019年1月推出首款多玩家手机游戏。

公司的业务主要于两条业务线下运营：手机游戏开发及运营，以及数字媒体内容经销。

财务资料显示，2016-2018财年及2019财年前9月，九尊数字互娱总收入分别为1.4亿元、1.71亿元、1.43亿元及1.71亿元;净利分别为4057.9万元、5063.8万元、5166.7万元及3092.8万元。

据了解，在2019年内，九尊互娱共推出5款新游，其中贡献收益最高的游戏为《霸业永恒》，截止2019年9月，该游戏贡献收益3949万元，其平均月活跃用户及平均日活跃用户分别为12.46万及1.06万。
