Facebook拉美副总裁被捕，因未遵守法庭命令。

新浪科技讯 北京时间3月2日凌晨消息，Facebook拉美副总裁Diego Dzodan已于巴西圣保罗被捕，当时他正在上班路上。巴西联邦警方逮捕Dzodan的原因是Facebook并未遵守一项旨在帮助调查人员侦查一桩毒品案的法庭命令，该案涉及到一名WhatsApp用户。

巴西联邦警方称，此次逮捕行动是应巴西东北部塞尔希培州(Sergipe)官员的请求而实施的。联邦警方发表声明称，Facebook及旗下通信应用WhatsAp屡次未遵守与一桩有组织罪案和非法毒品交易调查有关的法庭命令。据当地媒体报道，警方很谨慎地并未提供此次抓捕行动的具体细节，原因是本案的司法程序是秘密进行的。

WhatsApp发表声明称，该公司对巴西警方的此次逮捕行动表示失望，并称其无法提供自己并不拥有的信息，这是由其服务的架构而决定的。声明表示：“我们在这桩案件中尽最大能力给予了配合。虽然我们尊重执法工作的重要性，但对其决定表示强烈的不认同。”

Facebook则发表声明指出，WhatsApp是独立于Facebook之外进行运营的，这就使得巴西警方逮捕Facebook高管显得“极端和不合适”。

去年12月，巴西当局曾将WhatsApp服务屏蔽了两天，原因是后者不愿配合一项刑事调查。与上述案件类似的是，当时的相关细节也因保密问题而并未对外披露。

Dzodan从去年6月开始担任Facebook拉美副总裁，此前曾在Software AG担任地区高级副总裁6个月，更早之前则曾在SAP历任多个高级职位。(唐风)
