广州发布通告：湖北低风险区持健康码绿码者可有序返回

广州市人民政府网站22日发布通告称，要做好国内抵穗人员分类管理，外地人员及本市居民应积极配合机场、火车站、汽车站、港口码头等运输经营单位的服务管理，自觉接受体温检测。抵穗当天应及时通过“穗康”微信小程序申报或向所在单位及社区（村）报告。

湖北低风险地区持湖北健康码绿码人员可有序来穗返穗，高风险地区和中风险地区人员、持红码或黄码人员以及未申报湖北或广东健康码人员不得来穗返穗，擅自来穗返穗人员抵穗之日起进行核酸检测和实施14天居家或集中隔离医学观察，隔离期间一律不得外出，14天后无症状且再次核酸检测为阴性的，方可解除医学观察。集中隔离医学观察食宿费用自理。居家隔离医学观察人员违反规定的，转为集中隔离医学观察，并承担相应责任。

湖北待返校学生统一按照教育部要求暂不返校，具体返校时间由教育行政部门另行发布。

此外，通告称，对境外入穗人员已实现核酸检测全覆盖，并一律实施14天居家或集中隔离医学观察，集中隔离医学观察食宿费用自理。
