苹果承认：部分视网膜屏幕版MacBook Air防反射涂层或出现问题

3月27日消息据外媒报道，在一份泄露的Apple授权服务提供商备忘录中苹果承认配备Retina显示屏的MacBook Air机型的防反射涂层可能会出现问题。

备忘录指出：“某些MacBook，MacBook Air和MacBook Pro电脑上的视网膜显示屏可能会出现防反射（AR）涂层问题。”

了解到，此前该问题仅限于MacBook Pro以及配备Retina显示屏的12英寸MacBook机型，但现在也包括了MacBook Air。苹果于2018年10月为新MacBook Air新增了Retina显示屏，目前苹果内部已针对防反射涂层问题向用户提供免费维修服务，不过尽管苹果在文档中提到过这一问题，但尚未将任何MacBook Air机型添加到维修列表中。

目前苹果给出的受影响机型列表暂与2019年12月相同：

MacBook Pro（13英寸，2016年）

MacBook Pro（13英寸，2017年）

在某些MacBook和MacBook Pro用户遇到抗反射涂层在视网膜显示屏上出现磨损或分层的问题后苹果已开始进行相应的维修工作。苹果公司从未将任何修复计划发布到网站上，而是选择安静地处理此事。

目前除中国以外的Apple Store商店和许多Apple授权服务商均已关闭，但客户可以访问苹果支持官网以获得服务和支持。
