淘宝首发C2M战略，正式推出“超级工厂计划”和淘宝特价版

蓝鲸TMT频道3月26日讯，淘宝今日首次发布C2M战略，在全国10城正式开启“超级工厂计划”，为商家提供新品研发服务、营销服务、供应链服务和金融服务这四项基建服务。同时，淘宝正式推出以C2M定制商品为核心供给的平台“淘宝特价版”。

淘宝方面提供的资料显示，在刚刚过去的3.8女王节期间，C2M定制商品的订单量同比增长超370%。相比较传统的工厂，数字化程度更高的C2M工厂显示出更强的韧性。阿里巴巴副总裁、淘宝C2M事业部总经理汪海认为，对产业带工厂而言，“数字化不仅是免疫力，更是增长力”。

汪海介绍称，淘宝C2M战略的目标是淘宝将以核心数字化能力和淘宝特价版为依托，未来三年帮助1000个产业带工厂升级为产值过亿的“超级工厂”，为产业带企业创造100亿新订单，在全国范围内重点打造10个产值过百亿的数字化产业带集群。

汪海表示，“未来的工厂应该成为消费者的阿拉丁神灯。让亿万买家的个性化需求成为驱动产业带千万条生产线的永动机，这就是淘宝C2M的使命。”

谈及推出“超级工厂计划”的初衷，淘宝C2M事业部产业带总经理靳科透露称，淘宝的整个用户数达到7.1亿，其中60%的增长来自于下沉用户，90、00后成为了消费的新生力量；在所有消费商品里，来自于产业带的接近40%。为了推动产业带工厂迅速发展，淘宝正式开启“超级工厂计划”，并提供新品研发、营销、供应链管理和金融等基建服务。

靳科介绍称，目前淘宝“超级工厂计划”已在全国10个城市正式开启，主要分布于河北、浙江、福建和广东四省。
