近日据悉，苹果公司宣布将于3月27日前关闭大中华区以外所有Apple Store零售店。

经外媒Business Insider证实，在该截止日期前仍未提货的苹果用户，需要等到Apple Store重新开业才可以提货。

苹果发言人向Business Insider透露，公司已经通过电话和电子邮件方式联系客户，在Store重新开业之前将不会提供提货服务。

外媒cultofmac实地探访发现，美国各地的大多数Apple Store商店都对消费者关闭，但一些店铺正在处理现有的订单和已安排的维修服务。

cultofmac能够确认还能提供预约和维修服务的店铺在美国有22家。这些店铺分布在洛杉矶、芝加哥、波士顿，亚特兰大、达拉斯、纽约、迈阿密。【7407282】
