新型智能手表：可附着皮肤表面的显示屏。据国外媒体每日邮报报道，研究人员近日研发了一款可以附着在皮肤表面的超灵活显示屏幕。这款皮肤状的透明显示器可以附着在任何不光滑的表面，且不会对其产生任何损害。这项技术突破了之前的种种技术壁垒，同时降低了生产成本。这个突破性的进展在提升可穿戴设备性能的同时，也有助于增强现实技术的进一步发展。

研发人员表示，该产品研发初期曾尝试过使用无机电子材料，但这种材料无法承受高温。韩国科学技术高等研究小组利用被称为ILLO的无机激光剥离技术解决了散热的问题。


这种灵活的透明显示屏将会非常有发展前途。柔性氧化物薄膜晶体管（TFT）凭借其高透明度和高性能引起了广泛的关注，该材料没有任何的损害。


通过使用这种材料，能够让透光性达到83%，而且它还能够附着在人体的皮肤表面，充分体现了它的灵活性和功能性。同时，研究人员还表示，这种材料还有高度的延展性，能够多次弯曲。之前很多材料虽然有足够的延展性，但透明性较差且电能不足。ILLO材料充分克服了以上缺点，这将有利于更好的发展高透明度可穿戴设备。
