民生银行设科技子公司，高调发力科技金融

5月15日，民生银行在北京设立全资科技子公司“民生科技有限公司”，成为继兴业银行、建设银行后，又一家设立科技子公司的银行。

民生银行董事长洪崎介绍说，民生科技定位于“立足母行、服务集团、面向市场”，一方面服务于民生银行集团、子公司和业务伙伴，另一方面提供技术输出，为中小金融机构、民营企业和小微企业提供金融科技转型所需的解决方案和专业科技产品。这一业务形态与同为银行科技子公司的兴业数金类似。

民生银行近年的科技转型十分高调，虽然未显示在科技研发上的具体投入金额，但在2017年年报中，民生银行已将“科技金融的银行”这一定位提升为最重要的三大战略之一。

今年以来，民生银行在科技领域动作频频，3月，与中信银行联合打造的基于区块链的国内信用证信息传输系统正式上线，并完成首笔交易；4月25日，宣布与华为联合成立创新实验室，聚焦金融云、大数据、新一代网络架构等七个领域。

据了解，民生科技的法定代表人由民生银行总行信息科技部总经理牛新庄担任。
