苹果、Facebook等封杀非权威医疗机构疫情应用

据外媒报道，据报道，美国当地时间周四，多位应用开发者证实，苹果正在“封杀”来自非权威医疗和卫生机构提交的、与新型冠状病毒疫情相关的应用程序，此举似乎是为了阻止错误信息的传播。

虽然苹果应用商店尚未宣布针对提供新型冠状病毒爆发信息的应用程序的硬性规定，但四名独立开发者声称他们的软件被拒绝接受，因为缺乏官方卫生机构或公共实体的认正。

据报道，苹果告诉一名站长资源平台开发者，所有与疫情相关的应用程序都必须由卫生组织或政府发布。另一位开发者收到的电子邮件称，“带有当前医疗信息的应用需要由公认权威机构提交”。

应用被拒绝的开发者表示，苹果援引了应用商店中的规则5.2.1，它规定，“应用程序应由拥有或已经获得知识产权授权和其他相关权利的个人或法人提交”。此外，苹果还更新了规则，要求与高度监管领域相关的应用程序应由“提供服务的法人实体提交，而不是由个人开发者提交”。

在苹果采取措施限制错误信息在应用商店中传播之前，亚马逊、谷歌、Facebook和Twitter也采取了类似的举措。
