据国外媒体报道，站长资源平台当地时间周三社交媒体平台Facebook称，公司西雅图办公室的一名员工被诊断出感染新型冠状病毒，这是Facebook公司内部首次发现有员工感染新型冠状病毒。

这名员工是Facebook的一名外包员工，当地时间2月21日最后一次出现在Facebook位于西雅图的Stadium East办公室。周三晚间公司向员工发出警报，并表示西雅图办公室将在3月9日前对所有员工关闭。Facebook鼓励在西雅图的员工本月底前在家工作。

公司发言人在一份声明中说:“我们Stadium East办公室的一名合同工被诊断出感染新型冠状病毒。”“为优先考虑每个人健康和安全，我们已经通知了我们的员工并听取公共卫生官员的建议。”
