利益冲突下FB COO和Twitter CEO双双脱离董事会。据外媒报道，迪士尼公司周五宣布，Facebook首席运营官雪莉·桑德伯格（Sheryl Sandberg）和Twitter CEO杰克·多西(Jack Dorsey)将不会重新竞选迪士尼董事，因为这家媒体巨头和两家科技公司存在利益冲突。

迪士尼周五还表示，前Seagram Company公司副主席罗伯特·马斯特查特（Robert Matschullat）和前星巴克CEO欧林·史密斯（Orin Smith）也将离开迪士尼董事会，原因分别是公司董事任职期（15年）限制和已达退休年龄（74岁）。


去年夏天，迪士尼做出重大数字决定，宣布新推出一款直接面向消费者的流媒体服务，与Netflix和Facebook等展开竞争。


这款新的订阅服务有望于2019年推出，届时将会成为迪士尼和皮克斯新推出的动画电影和实景影片的独家播放渠道。


迪士尼董事长兼CEO罗伯特·伊格（Robert Iger）在2017年第三财季电话会议上表示，《星球大战》和漫威系列电影是否会出现在新的服务中目前还没有确定。


“这些电影的部署尚未确定。”伊格说。但他透露，这些影片可能授权给“Netflix这样的付费服务”。迪士尼也有可能为《星球大战》或漫威系列单独启动一个直接面向消费者的流媒体服务。
