耐克创始人退休 任命库克为首席独立董事

耐克创始人正式退休，还任命苹果CEO蒂姆·库克作为其“首席独立董事”？

据外媒报道，体育用品巨头耐克于本周四任命了苹果CEO、资深董事会成员蒂姆·库克（Tim Cook）为“首席独立董事”，同时宣布了耐克创始人之一菲尔·奈特（Phil Knight）从董事会退休。


库克早在2005年就加入耐克董事会，当时他在苹果公司担任首席运营官一职。随后他继续在耐克董事会扮演积极的角色，曾先后担任该公司董事会薪酬委员会主席及提名和企业治理委员会成员。


此次任命过后，将意味着库克在体育用品巨头耐克里面将扮演更重要的角色。不过目前还不清楚，库克在这一新角色上将要承担哪些具体责任。
