谷歌资本入股家庭护理提供商Care.com，这是谷歌资本首次投资上市公司。

在家庭护理提供商Care.com宣布获得谷歌资本（Google Capital）总额4635万美元投资后，该公司股价在周三盘后交易中暴涨18%。


这笔投资将令谷歌资本成为Care.com的最大股东，而该基金的合伙人莱拉·斯特迪（Laela Sturdy）将加盟Care.com董事会。


Care.com专门针对儿童、成年人、老年人、宠物和家庭提供护理服务，截至周三的市值达到2.76亿美元。


谷歌资本创立于2013年，曾经投资过多家私有公司。这笔交易是该公司首次投资上市公司。


Care.com表示，该公司将使用此次融资的部分所得，以每股8.25美元的价格从Matrix Partners手中回购370万股股票，较30天的加权平均价低了5%。该公司还将向谷歌资本定向发行可转换优先股，转换价格为每股10.50美元。该公司表示，这些股票的年度股息将达到5.5%。


Care.com董事长兼CEO谢拉·马塞洛（Sheila Marcelo）表示，自从2006年以来，Matrix一直都是Care.com的股东，但该公司也希望抛售部分股票，所以现在是回购的好时候。“这帮助我们降低了股票压力。”她说。


她表示，交易完成后的股票稀释率预计为2%，股本净增长约70万股。根据彭博社汇总的数据，该公司目前的流通股本为3260万股。


该股周三在常规交易中报收于8.47美元，在盘后交易中最高涨至每股10美元。
