蓝鲸TMT频道3月17日讯，口碑饿了么宣布成立阿里本地生活大学，未来三年，将输出1000门课程，助力本地生活1000万从业人员。

据了解，阿里本地生活大学将从三个方面推进数字化升级。首先，本地生活大学将打造研究中心，对本地生活行业进行研究，从而形成报告面向行业进行发布，并挖掘优秀商家案例。

其次，在产业教育上本地生活大学将从细分行业的维度去搭建线上内容的培训生态。据悉，阿里本地生活大学首批会推出八个学院，分别为餐饮学院、蜂鸟物流学院、新零售学院、医美学院、综合体学院、亲子教育学院、丽人学院和婚庆学院。

第三，阿里本地生活大会还将推出全方位的认证体系，帮助企业筛选和识别人才。对目前从业人员进行标准认证，大致分为三个维度，包括讲师认证、合作机构认证，以及从业人员的技能认证。

“本地生活商家同样需要组织能力、操作能力、运营能力、管理能力，甚至战略能力。我们希望把阿里20年打造下来的内容生态，跟大家做一个全方位的培训、赋能和共享。”阿里本地生活大学负责人陈盛坦言。
